A Psychologist, Integrative counsellor and passionate philosopher, being a therapist has always been my calling. Growing up in India at the dawn of the millennium, I have watched the mental health movement sprout and grow right before my eyes.
As someone who did not receive the help I needed at a young age, I had to navigate the complicated world of my mental health on my own, so it became my mission to make sure that no young person find themselves alone in this battle.
I practice an eclectic approach that flows with the dynamic needs of my clients. I don't believe in a one size fits all solution, and strive to be in tandem with my clients, letting them lead the way in their own journeys.
I like to view the world from an existential lens, and do bring this perspective into my therapy room as well, in addition to cognitive-behavioural approaches.
I am a trauma informed and queer-neutral therapist.
